Victims Witness Services

If you are required to testify in court and would like assistance please contact our office we can refer you to a Victim Witness specialist. Victims, witnesses and their families may feel confused, frightened or feel left out by the justice system. Victim Services can provide you with information and support throughout your experience with the criminal Justice system. We can offer court tours, and orientation, court accompaniment.

Help is available to victims and witnesses who are required by the Crown Prosecutor to testify in court. Child witnesses are the priority. Services may also be provided to victims with special needs or disabilities, victims of sexual assault, and other vulnerable witnesses, such as those being harassed or intimidated because of their testimony.
